There, in this select unit he prosecuted the most dangerous defendants that qualified to receive the toughest penalties due to their numerous prior criminal convictions. In addition to prosecuting hundreds of violent crimes, Mr. Schwartz prosecuted numerous homicides, home invasions, armed robberies, drug trafficking cases, as well as complicated white-collar crimes. After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Schwartz worked a boutique civil litigation firm in South Florida where he focused his practice on representing corporate clients in business litigation.
